McDonald's at 706 E I-20, Big Spring, Texas.

Went to this McDonald's and I usually don't have any issues. Well I decided to get some breakfast and a small vanilla latte because the sign said" any small McCafe $2" the lady said it isn't (Now, I bought several before at $2) and while all this was going on she was on her cellphone talking and rudely said" Ma'am are you going to get the latte or not?" I was quite pissed and could not even argue with her if I wanted to cause she was to busy talking on her cellphone. Needless to say, I just drove off.
