Mainstay Suites at 306 Ne 12th St Bldg B, Big Spring, Texas.

I have been staying in the hotel since November I got double charged for a week cause the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing and in January the same lady charged me double totaling to 1300 well I talked to the manager and she said they did not charge me even though I showed her my bank statement I have been fighting back and forth since then finally I checked out first week of February and went to another hotel after all I have been through in that hotel first the power went out and my family came to visit with my new born son and the room was 20 degrees and the day after no water everyone else left I couldn’t afford another hotel after already pre paying a week long story short spend the extra 20 dollars and go to another hotel these guys are in competent you will have more headache than rest
